| | | Environment CanadaThis folder represents the testing of various areas in the study key. The testing completed by Environment Canada exceeded 85,500 times over legal drinking water limits. This was never disclosed to the public. The file was closed three times to conceal the deleterious liquids leak that originated from the Baytex gas pipeline. All testing was done for water when a standard pressure test should have been done on the line. The furthest test done by this entity was running lake all the way down to the Eureka, with consistent test comparisons.

| | | Fairview Town WaterThis folder represents a platform for the town of Fairview. From the Baytex line breach of study origin, the distance is nearly 50 miles. The data collected from the towns of Worsley, Hines Creek, Bear Canyon, Cherry Point, and Grimshaw combined will display a total time platform for further studies involving ground and surface water impact studies, environmental platforms. |

| | | Worsley Water DataThis folder represents the Worsley town water supplies. This town is the study base platform. When combined with pre and post reports of years 1976 to 2002 a very different type of water can be noticed, like the addition of sodium enrichment, heavy metals, and chemical combinations. The Baytex gas pipeline runs along a ridge that supplies the town water and the study key dwelling supplies. |

| | | Sharp Environmental 2000. LtdThis folder represents the names of all individuals inside the house watching a documentary of their own mishaps. It was concealed from the public that industrial waste, heavy metal, and chemicals had entered the Worsley town water sources and was tracked all the way around to Whitelaw, Alberta.

| | | Baytex Energy Ltd.This folder represents the paperwork which was produced relating to a breach of the Baytex gas pipeline. The date of these materials are three weeks after we walked the line to view several breach points of flowing liquids at minus 30C+ temperatures during the Gulf study map and key. When paired together with the full disclosure of the running Queens Bench action, a full and basic admittance of wrong doing is produced. This shows field holdings in the Worsley area. |

| | | Animal Health InvestigationThis folder represents a total of 46-50 cattle on a property for only 11 days before 3 died and the rest could not move properly. Half of the herd was nursing calves, the calves and mothers could not stand on their own. This event was concealed from the public. 1,743 ppm of sodium was recovered, in the one third of brain section tested. The symptoms were mirror images of the health qualities of the two young children that lived in the study key dwelling since birth. At the time of the evacuation, December 01, 2000, my spouse had our third son in her womb. Gulf offered to buy water but never did. This was concealed from the public below and their town water source. I moved to Worsley around 1993 and worked prior to that on an oil rig that drilled twenty two wells in the Canadian Natural Resource 8 mile square radius. We drilled all around a dwelling that I wound up renting which led to a rent to own deal. We were forced to leave everything behind at -25C+ temperatures because we were becoming sick from the contaminated water.

| | | Gulf Midstream ServicesThis folder represents the hub of northern Alberta. This property has enormous environmental damages as seen in the photo 0303. The closer view shows a cleanup inside of the fence boundaries but also show no clean up of bigger issues. This plant site is in the master study key provided by Gulf Midstream Services.

| | | Norwest Labs- Agri-Food & Environmental GroupThis folder represents testing of deleterious liquids at the Norwest laboratory. Several test samples were collected in pairs and separate identifications attached as to sample locations. Gulf did testing concurrently at the same laboratory, the test results were consistent for a deleterious breach of industrial nature. The fact that the Baytex Gas Group pipeline had this breach and contaminated several town water supplies and collection systems was kept from the public. |

| | | Alberta EnvironmentThis folder shows Greg Smith of Alberta Environment and is his base of concealing a pipeline breach of the 23 mile Baytex gas pipeline. This man was a field inspector on July 09, 2000 when the 46-50 cattle were poisoned in the front yard. The study key shows several different water courses. Two courses joined at the bottom of the property. CNRL (Canadian Natural Resources Limited) 14-28-87-7w6m had two prior explosions that released sodium to the environment and traveled down one side of the property and the Baytex gas pipeline with the acid flow full of industrial heavy metal waste and chemical flowed down the other side. The Baytex release and the CNRL releases were concealed from the public. This was the operations of a non-reporting coal bed flood system that had been operating under the radar for 20+ years? That too was concealed from the public. Craig Alde with Enforcement and Monitoring would act like companions when together with their paper work. |

| | | Minister of the EnvironmentThis folder represents a political party that researched the Reamsbottom matter. This took place after Ralph Klein was reelected in 2001-2002. I was at the news conference at the Dunvegan Motor Inn in the town of Fairview, Alberta. When I walked in with a red folder, Ralph was slipped out the back door. Other parties noticed this and started to look into this matter; all were shut down and went silent. |
